What Is Required of Participants?

A participating organization must provide:

Deadline: October 1, 2024

  • Intent to Participate (click on link on right)

Deadline: November 1, 2024

  • 2025 Entry Form (click on 2025 Forms at right)
     
  • Payment of non-refundable $150 entry fee (May be paid online using THIS LINK or sent by check payable to MCTFA.)

Deadline: December 1, 2024

  • Completion of other forms  (click on 2025 Forms at right)
    • Proof of permission from the author or leasing agent to perform the play as it will be presented (including cuts or other alterations)
    • Proof of payment of royalty for the festival performance (if applicable)
    • Signed statement of actor eligibility
    • Entry information and technical requirements as requested by the festival staff
  • Four copies of the play as it is to be performed (These are for the adjudicators to prepare for the festival.)
