A participating organization must provide:

- 2025 Entry Form (click on 2025 Forms at right)
- Payment of non-refundable $150 entry fee (May be paid online using THIS LINK or sent by check payable to MCTFA.)
Deadline: December 1, 2024
- Completion of other forms (click on 2025 Forms at right)
- Proof of permission from the author or leasing agent to perform the play as it will be presented (including cuts or other alterations)
- Proof of payment of royalty for the festival performance (if applicable)
- Signed statement of actor eligibility
- Entry information and technical requirements as requested by the festival staff
- Four copies of the play as it is to be performed (These are for the adjudicators to prepare for the festival.)
